This client is moving his business to another unit and we have been tasked with removing all of the existing installation and reusing as much as possible. We are reusing the distribution board along with all the rotary isolators for the machines .

New 3 phase supplies going in for machines plus general power and lighting throughout, intruder and fire alarm alterations too.

The MT Electrical team have pulled it out the bag the last week to get this job to this position.

We will be back in a couple of weeks ….

Another house we completed an EICR (electrical installation condition report) on and found the dreaded oxidation in the cabling where the copper reacts with the PVC insulation causing the ‘green goo’.

Also no CPC (earth) in the lighting and a list of other issues so this customer decided to rewire the entire property.

Cabling installed inside oval conduit. ✅
New accessories. ✅
New lighting internal and external. ✅
Additional socket outlets. ✅
New RCBO consumer unit with surge protection. ✅

Another job completed by the team and another happy customer.

Really happy with the final result ! We needed a full 3 days to complete all works, testing and labelling !

An unsatisfactory EICR meant we had to replace this outdated consumer unit.
A type RCBOs, surge protection and plenty of spare ways for any future circuits.

Tested, inspected, signed off and local authority notified.
