Steel frames are up and away we go! 😊 The CMBC team are now in the process of building up to DPC course ready for oversite.

As anyone in construction will understand when building into a steel structure it takes great care and attention to make sure the dimensions are correct and it all works to structural and architectural drawings/designs to make it all come together. 👌

We are well and truly into this absolutely stunning project on this beautiful property located in Tewkesbury.

We are nearing completion on this one as the Football season is soon approaching! ⚽️

We absolutely have loved working with FC Lakeside Youth, FC Lakeside Mens and FC Lakeside U16 Girls on this fantastic space. 🔥

Final details going into our project in Southam, Cheltenham. 👌 The team at CMBC are constructing these stunning stone piers ready to accommodate the angled aluminium windows!

There was a slight design change on this, but we were able to assist with the vision to create what you see here. 🔥 The aluminium windows will now be broken up with these lovely stone piers which look fantastic.

Roll on the glazing installation to showcase the finish look! 💛

Foundations are in and concrete poured! The block and beam process is well underway on our project in Hucclecote, Gloucester. 👌

The team are now in the process installing a block and beam system which forms the oversite. The block and beam system is a structurally engineered solution consisting of precast reinforced concrete beams designed to support the load of the new floor slab. The beams are installed with concrete infill blocks between them, creating a solid and stable floor structure.🔥

The system also maintains airflow and ventilation beneath the floor, helping to preserve continuity with the existing floor structure when extending or connecting to an existing building. This makes it particularly suitable for new extensions where the new floor needs to integrate seamlessly with the existing construction.

Keep up to date guys on this one it will be a fantastic build once finished.

You may have already seen a few updates on our stories, but we are extremely proud and happy to be working alongside FC Lakeside Youth, FC Lakeside U16 Girls and FC Lakeside Mens on this job! 🙌

We have been working away to transform a patio area and space for all to enjoy either watching the football when teams are playing or enjoying themselves for events/presentations or general standing/seating. This space will elevate the experience and make it a more practical space to use. 👌

We have also incorporated a new road for access to emergency services or any other access needed to the field, making it a safe and easy way to get in and out swiftly to all areas, Last but not least a great access point for any disability’s to also gain the maximum experience of getting on off the field safely, it's going to be a beautiful space for all to enjoy 😊🔥

We have a fantastic new project underway in Hucclecote, Gloucester. 🏡

This project will be a large sized rear single story extension for a ground floor bedroom, but has also been designed to give our clients the option of having a first floor at a later date. It’s great to be working with RRA Architects again on a great design! 👌

Great work from the lads as they lay this large spacious UFH overlay system on our large development out in Ashton Under Hill, Evesham. 👌

What a difference a week makes! 👏 The guys at Pukka Plastering are transforming this huge space into what was masonry walls/steels and a first fix structure into what will soon be a fully boarded and plastered house! 🏠

After that's complete each room will then be ready for second fix elements and decoration! 👌 We can’t wait to show you the fully plastered finish on this huge development out in the beautiful village of Ashton Underhill, Evesham. 🔥

Rendering in motion 👌 Part 1 of the rendering process is underway on our own development in Upton St Leonard’s, Gloucestershire.

There is a massive amount of preparation works involved when applying a render system. We have opted to go for a thin coat system with the colour ‘Oslo’ this is a beautiful shade of white but a few shades down so it’s not a pure stark white. 💛

It compliments the scheme we have chosen with the windows/bricks and slates giving that modern feel but also keeping that country style feel to a modern property. 🙌

A massive thanks to our chosen contractors to carry out the works GRS Rendering and PRB Systems for the top quality products! 👌
