💚 Today is World Mental Health Day 💚

We all have mental health, and looking after it is just as important as looking after our physical health.

Take a moment to check in with yourself, reach out to someone you care about, and remember that it's okay to ask for support when you need it.

A conversation can change a day. Support can change a life.
