A look back at this completed project in Churchdown, where we carried out a kitchen extension and house refurbishment.

The extension complements the existing property, with generous glazing connecting the kitchen to the decking and garden, creating more space while keeping the outdoor area part of everyday life.

More living space could be right beneath your feet...

A successful basement conversion starts with careful preparation. We carry out basement excavation, drainage, steelwork and concreting, preparing the space for Newton 500 waterproofing system installation.

These essential stages lay the groundwork for turning an unused basement into a practical part of your home. Thinking about making more of your basement? Get in touch to discuss your plans.

Whether it’s an open-plan kitchen and dining area, more room for the family or a better connection between your home and garden, expanding your existing footprint can unlock a whole new way of living.

What goes beneath the finished floor matters just as much as what you see on top.

A look back at one of our previous renovation projects, showing the underfloor heating installation before the new tiled flooring was laid.

It’s a great example of the detail involved behind the scenes. Careful preparation at every stage helps ensure the finished space looks great and performs as it should for years to come.

From structural work and heating through to flooring and finishing touches, we take care of the whole renovation process. Thinking about transforming your home? Speak to the Larian Construction team.

A great extension shouldn’t feel like an afterthought. It should look and feel like it has always been part of the property.

This project shows the process from the groundworks and insulation through to the brickwork, roofing and final finish. Careful attention was given to matching the existing brickwork and detailing, helping the new addition blend seamlessly with the original home.

It’s this attention to every stage of the build, including the parts you won’t see once the project is finished, that makes all the difference.

If you’re thinking about creating more space in your home, speak to the Larian Construction team about your plans.

When it comes to renovation and extension projects, the details behind the finished result matter just as much as what you see at the end.

At Larian, stone and brickwork are a key part of our expertise. From structural blockwork and new extensions to carefully matching existing brick and stone, our team takes pride in delivering work that is strong and sympathetic to the original property.

Whether we’re extending a traditional Cotswold home or transforming an existing property, quality workmanship comes as standard.

A great example of how an extension can completely transform a property and make better use of the space available.

For this project in Frampton-on-Severn, we created a new extension that blends naturally with the existing home, with carefully matched brickwork, new windows and a clean, high-quality finish.

Thinking about extending your own home? From the initial plans through to construction and finishing, Larian Construction can manage the project from start to finish.

More Space. More Possibilities. Built Around You.

Whether you’re looking to extend your current home or start from scratch with a completely new build, Larian Construction can manage your project from the initial ideas through to the final finishing touches.

This previous project involved a single-storey rear bedroom extension, incorporating a large knock-through, bi-fold doors and larch cladding to create a spacious, modern addition that blends beautifully with the existing property.

From extra bedrooms and larger kitchens to open-plan living spaces and complete new builds, we create spaces designed around how you want to live.
