This bathroom started with exposed boards, brickwork and unfinished recesses.

We fully transformed this space, beaded every edge and laid the base coats, then wrapped the walls, sloping ceilings, shelving and window reveals in pitted microcement.

The result: a warm stone finish with real depth and texture, and one seamless surface from wall to ceiling.

All sealed and made water to fully enjoy that bath time.

Blocks and bare rafters to this!

We took this one right through from the shell

Fully boarded throughout, working around the vaulted ceilings, rooflights and exposed beams, then plaster finished from top to bottom.

A lot of work went into getting the lines, angles and details right on this one, but seeing the finished space makes it all worth it.

Big transformation and a seriously nice end result.

Another silicone render job completed and this one has come up properly clean for the Gloucester Property Group

Full system applied, all the little details tightened up and finished off with a crisp silicone top coat. The contrast with the black lights and existing brickwork really sets the whole place off.

This feature wall completely transforms the vibe of this soon-to-be cinema room. We layered depth and texture with a rich pitted Travertino finish, infused it with subtle gold and copper tones, then sealed the look with a bold black Samba top.

Time for a Facelift 🔨🔥

This extension had taken some damage over the years — old render failing, water setting in.

We took it back to bare block, installed full reinforcement with mesh and beads, rebuilt the base coat with care, and applied a 1.5mm silicone topcoat for that clean, uniform finish.

Every detail was prepped to perfection — from the taped reveals to the protection setup — ensuring durability, breathability, and a seamless modern look that’ll hold up for years 💪🏽🏡

Started with Grand Designs | Finished by GSF ✨

We had the pleasure of adding our touch to something a bit special recently — the silicone render around the courtyard at Oxford Walk, Cheltenham… aka the underground house from Channel 4’s Grand Designs.

This place is seriously next level — most of it sits below ground, packed with clever design and eco-friendly features. Designed by Tim and Zoe Bawtree, it’s a real one-off.

Our job? Deliver a clean, sharp render finish that matched the modern, high-end vibe of the property and bring the courtyard a brighter atmosphere — and we’re buzzing with how it turned out!
