Following the electrical works, areas of wall surface were opened up around the socket locations and vertical cable chase. These sections now require making good.

Works to include preparation of damaged areas, removal of any loose material, bonding where required, and patching plaster back to match existing wall levels. Apply suitable backing/base coats as needed, followed by finish plaster/skimming to achieve a smooth, even surface ready for sanding, mist coat and decoration.

All patched areas to be blended into surrounding surfaces with clean edges and a flush finish. Any minor cracking, unevenness or surface imperfections adjacent to the works to be filled and made good as part of the preparation.

Final result to leave walls reinstated to a smooth finish, ready for painting.
