Project started 🚨

This week we have started a loft conversion project in Cheltenham 📍

This large loft space will be converted in to 2 bedrooms, an ensuite and a dressing room 🤩

Work well under way as the existing oak beams and ceiling have been removed to allow for new 5x3 timber joists to be sistered alongside the existing floor joists to strengthen them 💪🏼

8 steels to be installed with 3 down and 5 to go! Included a monster of a ridge steel spanning the length of the building 🫣

There will be a large dormer formed at the rear of the property while having a smaller dormer to the front 😎

Can’t wait to get stuck in to this one and get the structure built and watertight for our amazing customers 🏡

What a transformation at our Longlevens project which is now complete 👏

This is more than a kitchen for this family home, it has become the social hub of the house🏠

We completely redesigned the original layout to create a bright, modern open-plan kitchen, dining and living space finished to a high standard throughout 🤩

The project included:

▪️ Two sets of aluminium bifold doors with integral blinds, supplied & fitted
▪️ A completely new and improved internal layout with structural alterations
▪️ High-end kitchen with a large feature island and luxury extras
▪️ Full plumbing & electrics package
▪️ Fully decorated with Farrow & ball paint
▪️ New LVT flooring throughout
▪️ Matching fitted utility room
▪️ New downstairs WC with pocket door
▪️ Air-Conditioning unit fitted

A huge amount of work went into this project, from the initial strip-out and structural alterations through to the final finishing details,

But the end result speaks for itself. 💫
