We’re incredibly proud to share that Krystine, a former employee and a valued friend of Alltec Construction, has been shortlisted as a finalist for Apprentice of the Year at the Fife Business Awards 2026 in her new work with DYW - Fife🎉
This achievement is a real testament to Krystine’s hard work, commitment, and the progress she’s continued to make since completing her apprenticeship. It’s fantastic to see her efforts being recognised at such a prestigious local awards event.
We’d also like to congratulate Amy, who has also been shortlisted — a brilliant achievement and very well deserved 👏

Rosyth are into the final of the Challenge Cup after a convincing 3-0 victory over Cowdenbeath United.

Cowdenbeath were reduced to ten men after just 15 minutes into the match after Rocky Balboa came out of retirement.
From that point, Rosyth took control of possession and began to apply sustained pressure.

The breakthrough came through Sincy, who finished well to put Rosyth ahead, with Cammy D providing the assist. Rosyth continued to push forward, and their second goal arrived when Lucas found the net after being set up by Gregg, doubling the lead.
Sincy then grabbed his second of the game from about 30 yards out to seal the 3-0 win, capping off an impressive individual display and rounding off a strong team performance.

The match was abandoned with 5 minutes to play after multiple headlosses on the visitor’s touchline.

Rosyth will now play Dunfermline West End in the final!

Welcome to the Team: Derek Joins Alltec Construction

We’re delighted to announce that Derek has joined us as a Site Supervisor.
With a solid trade background as a bricklayer, and wide ranging experience in buildings and groundworks, Derek brings valuable on site expertise and leadership to our operations. His practical understanding of construction from the ground up aligns perfectly with Alltec’s commitment to quality workmanship and safe delivery.

We look forward to the contribution Derek will make as part of our continued growth.

Our drop in trade session was a great success!

It was fantastic to meet so many candidates, and we’re delighted to be welcoming a new painter who will be starting with us on Monday.

We also spoke with a number of aspiring apprentices and were pleased to share as much information and advice as possible. This included guidance on contacting Kingdom Works and Raeburn Training regarding their Construction Academy, exploring opportunities to gain on site experience, completing Pre Construction courses with Fife College, and proactively visiting local companies to introduce themselves and hand in CVs, as many employers value initiative.

Although our apprenticeship roles are currently filled, we really value the enthusiasm and interest shown by everyone who attended.
