Another ensuite transformation we’re extremely pleased with. 👌🏻

We’ve had a great run recently with some beautiful installations, and this one is definitely up there as one of our favourites.

The original ensuite had a small partition separating the shower from the bath. As the clients already have a bath in their main bathroom, they felt it simply wasn’t needed here. Instead, the priority was to create a much larger, more luxurious walk-in shower area and make better use of the available space.

Removing the partition allowed us to install an impressive 1800 x 800 stone-effect shower tray, paired with a large glass panel finished with a gunmetal grey profile and support bar, tying in perfectly with the rest of the brassware and finishes throughout the room. The result is a spacious, open shower area with a much more luxurious feel.

One of the more subtle details we particularly love is the silk white finish on the Ideal Standard basin and WC. It’s understated but adds something a little different, giving the room a premium finish without overpowering the overall design.

Large-format Porcelanosa Prada Acero tiles were used throughout, complemented by their Gravity aluminium hexagon tiles on the main shower feature wall. We designed the feature to frame the shower area and add some texture and character, with the integrated lighting really bringing it to life.

A fantastic transformation, a much better use of the space, and most importantly, clients who couldn’t be happier with the finished result. 🙌🏻

Small room, big character 🌿✨

We recently completed this beautiful little bathroom in a charming cottage, transforming what was a dated space into something fresh, colourful and completely in keeping with the rest of the home.

Despite its size, there was plenty of work involved behind the scenes. With most of the appliances being repositioned, the floor had to be lifted to allow us to alter the drainage and pipework. Once everything was exposed, we also discovered that some of the original joists needed a little attention before we could move forward.

With the repairs taken care of and the first fix complete, it was time for the enjoyable part — bringing the room back together.

Throughout the cottage there’s a recurring palette of sage greens, soft pinks and warm golds, so the client was keen to carry that character into the bathroom.

The bath was painted in a Farrow & Ball shade to complement the greens used elsewhere in the home, while the pink basin adds a lovely touch of personality. Finished with those gorgeous gold tiles and coordinating details, everything comes together beautifully.

A small bathroom that proves you don’t need a huge space to create something full of personality and character. 🌿🩷✨

✨ From dated to truly luxurious… ✨

This was one of those installations where we couldn’t wait to see the finished result — and we’re hoping these before & after videos do the transformation justice.

At first glance, the layout hasn’t changed dramatically, with the toilet being the only major appliance to change position. But behind the scenes, there was a lot of work involved to make the finished space look and function exactly as we wanted.

Waste positions were moved within the concrete floor, hot and cold pipework was reconfigured, and heating pipework was altered to accommodate the new heated towel rail positions.

The room was finished using large-format tiles from Porcelanosa, with a stunning feature tile carried through behind the freestanding bath and into the large shower niche. The addition of integrated LED lighting really brings these details to life. ✨

One of the biggest changes was relocating the shower area to the centre of the room, creating a luxurious, spacious open-sided shower entrance. This has to be one of our favourite features of the entire room and really helps give the space that high-end, open feel.

The freestanding bath was painted in the same colour as the ceiling, creating a bold statement against the newly decorated walls and tying the whole room together beautifully.

The finished result is a perfect example of how thoughtful design, quality materials and attention to the details can completely transform a space — even without dramatically changing the original layout.

Most importantly, the clients were just as delighted with the finished bathroom as we were, and it was an absolute pleasure to work on this project and alongside such wonderful clients.

🥵It’s been a little quiet on our social media lately, but that’s only because we’ve been busy doing what we do best – creating beautiful bathrooms for our clients.

Here’s a recent project where we completed two bathrooms in the same property: a stylish family bathroom upstairs and a modern shower room downstairs.

The downstairs shower room presented a few challenges due to its awkward layout. The shower tray had to be carefully measured and cut to a bespoke size and shape, while a low beam in the shower area restricted the available height. To overcome this, we installed an accessible folding wet room screen, providing a practical solution that made access much easier for the client without compromising on the overall finish.

Both rooms were completed using a fantastic selection of products from Aqualla, Laufen, Ideal Standard and HIB. Combined with the client’s choice of tiles and feature lighting, the finished result is both stylish and functional.

✨ Latest Bathroom Installation Complete ✨

We’ve just finished this stunning bathroom project, perfectly timed before we jet off to Boston for the World Cup! ⚽✈️

The space features a beautiful palette of neutral tones, complemented by brushed nickel brassware and fixtures for a clean, contemporary finish. Carefully chosen feature lighting adds warmth and creates a relaxing, ambient atmosphere throughout the room.

The impressive 1200mm double basin and vanity unit from Laufen sits proudly against the feature tiled wall, creating a real focal point. All brassware and the shower panel were supplied by Aqualla, while the tiles, as always, are from Porcelanosa⁠.

The countdown is on! 🇺🇸🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Next week, we’re heading off to the World Cup – a childhood dream finally becoming reality.

I can’t wait to soak up the atmosphere and watch Scotland compete on football’s biggest stage once again. It’s been a long 28 years, and the anticipation is building!

Just a reminder that our showroom will be open tomorrow as normal from 11am–3pm, before we close for next week’s trip. We’ll reopen on Thursday 25th June.
