- 24 complex winder treads.
- 84 standard treads.
- All machined from European Oak. All needing to sit perfectly on a steel structure.

Each tread features three acid-aged brass inserts to enhance grip underfoot and then finished with a full Enduro XLA anti-slip coating system to make sure performance matches the look.

Underneath, precision-machined locator channels lock every tread into position. No movement. No compromise.

A fully hollow timber column, designed to reduce weight without sacrificing strength — and manufactured with the kind of accuracy where there’s nowhere to hide.

Every internal and external surface had to line up perfectly. Every tolerance had to be spot on.

That’s where our 5-axis CNC expertise comes into its own — allowing us to machine complex forms like this with total control, before it’s handed over for final refinement.
