Another job completed featuring LED lighting installed within the ceiling, creating a clean and modern finish.

The ceiling was properly prepared with blue grit prior to plastering due to the existing silk paint, ensuring a solid bond and long-lasting result.

Also completed a custom feature wall incorporating three niches, adding both style and practical storage to the space.

All works have now been completed to a high standard 💪

Double story extension and existing house roughcasted for Coul Property Improvements last summer ☀️🔨

full external render wrapped up using a complete K-Rend system, finished clean and built to last.

For the base and porch, we applied K-Rend HP12 with fully reinforced mesh, ensuring strength and crack resistance throughout. This was finished with K-rend White TC15, giving a smooth, modern silicone render that’s breathable, flexible, and highly weather resistant.

The main house was finished in White Scotrend, topped with a classic Esno chip to create a traditional roughcast look that offers long-term protection while still looking sharp.

All external angles were formed by hand, giving crisp, straight lines and a proper tradesman finish—no beads for the customers request

✔ Durable, breathable & low maintenance

Went back to carry out more work in the house and I couldn’t wait to see it

The curves on the ceiling and the walls were different 😍 but they papered over the curved wall 😢😂

Applied scotrend basecoat and scotrend white top coat for that durable finish 💪

Completed by a Jura chip to blend in perfectly with the new stone work and pointing 🌟

All corners done the old tradition stick method 🛠️

The look gives it that perfect clean and modern look and perfect for the Scottish weather 🌧️
