Combi boiler replacement and relocation carried out this week.

The 25 year old boiler was removed, pipework and electrical modifications carried out and new boiler was installed around 5 metres away on an adjacent wall to allow more space during an upcoming renovation.

The new Worcester boiler comes with a 10 year warranty, filter, flue and carbon monoxide alarm.

A hive smart thermostat was also installed.

A full new heating system we installed this week.

This property was recently purchased by a Customer and it was in need of a full renovation.

There was no gas supply to the property and heating and hot water was provided by electrical storage heaters and hot water cylinder.

We installed a gas supply from the newly installed gas meter to the property, new heating pipework and new radiators throughout.

A 30KW Glowworm combi boiler with a 10 year warranty was fitted.
All existing cold and hot water tanks were removed and hot and cold water services were converted to mains pressure.

A wee Saturday emergency plumbing callout.
Its not very often we work Saturdays, but as this was a good customer we had to help out!

Bullseye with a screw straight through a heating pipe!

We cut out the faulty section of pipe, replaced it and refilled the heating system.

Our customer can happily finish off their flooring!

A boiler repair we carried out this morning.

We were called to a water leak spraying all over the inside of the boiler.
2 engineers had already attended and advised the customer that the best option was to fit a new boiler.

We traced the fault to a split return group pipe at the heat exchanger.

We sourced new parts and had the customers boiler back up and running in under 2 hours.

No more cold showers!

If you have any boiler issues get them sorted before the winter.
