Do you have working supervisors based in or around Dumfries who would benefit from building their confidence and competence on site?

Our SVQ Occupational Work Supervision programme (funded through Skills Development Scotland via the Modern Apprenticeship framework) starts in Dumfries on 25th August.

Designed for working supervisors, the programme takes candidates on a journey of professional development, helping them strengthen their leadership and supervisory skills. Through interactive, in-person workshops, they will have the opportunity to network with other supervisors from different companies, share experiences, and reflect on their own approach to supervision.

Throughout the programme, we regularly see candidates grow in confidence, improve their communication with colleagues, and develop stronger skills in planning, prioritising, and managing work-all of which have a positive impact on their teams and your business.
