🔥 WHAT A DIFFERENCE A FLOOR CAN MAKE! 🔥

Fitted this light grey laminate flooring for my good neighbours Janice & Kevin 🏡🔨

The lighter colour has completely brightened up the living room, giving it a fresh, clean and modern feel! 😍

Sometimes you don’t need to change the whole room — a new floor can transform it! 👌

🔥 BUSY WEEK AT HAXTON JOINERY 🔥

What a transformation! 🚪

This week, the customer put their trust in me to fit 10 beautiful oak doors with chrome handles whilst they were away on holiday.

Now they get to come home to a refreshed house, with a fresh new look throughout! 🏡✨

A big thank you for the trust — nothing better than seeing a job come together and knowing the customer is going to love the results.

Another busy week ticked off! 💪🔨

🔥 FROM CHATGPT INSPIRATION TO REALITY! 🔥

What started as a little inspiration from ChatGPT turned into this stunning teak-colour composite decking! 🪵✨

From having an idea to bringing it to life — this is what it’s all about. 💪

This decking was supplied by Eco Decking Scotland and I have to say, the quality of the material is absolutely brilliant! 👌🔥

Designed, built and fitted by me, turning a vision into something real that the customer can enjoy for years to come. 🏡

Another project completed and another idea brought to life!

Another one ticked off the list 🔨🔥

Fitted these modern internal chevron doors today from finished off with some gold handles to match the rest of the house.

Just a little touch up from the decorator 🤣and these are going to look TREMENDOUS!

And that’s not all… 👀

I’ve been busy building a bespoke outdoor seating area this week too. 🪚🌿

Keep your eyes peeled for the finished result because this one is going to be a good one! 🔥🔥

It’s been a busy start to the week with a few different jobs completed!

First up, I built a bespoke seating area with armrests, designed to suit the customer’s existing dining table just need to finish by adding some decorative mouldings to the front for the complete look.

After that, I moved onto some moulded paneling down a staircase, finished off with a dado rail on top to give it that clean, traditional look.

I also repositioned a doorway and blocked off another doorway upstairs, making a few changes to improve the layout and finish of the space.

A good mix of joinery work to kick the week off! 💪🔨

Busy week in the books! 🔨

I started the week by fitting 5 new internal doors with chrome handles for a lovely customer called Lynn, she even recommended me to her neighbour who now wants new doors fitted so can’t thank her enough. A simple change like new doors can completely transform a home, and it was a pleasure to carry out the work

The rest of the week has been spent fitting a Wren bedroom, and it’s really starting to come together. I can’t wait to show you the finished result.

📸 Keep an eye on my page over the next few days—I’ll be posting photos of the completed bedroom soon!

As always, thanks to everyone who continues to support. If you’re looking for a reliable joiner, feel free to get in touch for a free quote 🔨 💙

After a lot of thought, I’ve decided to take the leap and become fully self employed.

I’m excited to announce that Haxton Joinery is now my full time focus. It’s a huge step for me, but one I’m ready for and determined to make a success.

Today also marks another big milestone as I picked up my new work van the next step in building the future of Haxton Joinery and being able to provide an even better service for my customers. 🚐💙

A massive thank you to everyone who has supported me so far every recommendation, share, message and job has helped me get to this point. It genuinely means a lot.

Wee Saturday shift

This one was all about making use of a space that was doing absolutely nothing. Turned it into a clean, practical wardrobe area with plenty of hanging space.

Framed it out and set it up for two doors, giving it that built-in look once finished. Simple idea, but makes a massive difference to how the space is used day to day.

Now just over to the plasterer and painter.

Got a space in your house that’s going to waste? Drop me a message and I’ll sort it 👌
