After our 8:30pm finish last night crossing the Bearsden rewire, The LBD team set off at 7:30am this morning for Largs to start a double flat rewire near the coast here.

Interestingly these 2 flats side by side 1 being a 1 bed flat and 2 being a 3 bed flat. We’re being used illegally as Cannabis Farms. So there is a lot of unsafe rigged electrics. Which is our starting point today.

I came down last week and isolated the entire building. Today’s job is tracing the mains stripping out making all safe. Then setting up a temporary supply board for work to commence safely as of tomorrow for all trades.

Another large project ahead for the LBD Electrical team 💪🏼

After a 12 hour shift today taking us into 8:30pm this evening the LBD team crossed the line on this Rewire in Bearsden. This beautiful 3 bedroom house with double extension and garage. We fully rewired in preparation for a full property renovation. The team made me very proud powering through there Saturday and getting this across the line today. Another satisfied customer and a safe and compliant home 🫡

After a late night call out to Largs last night which resulted in a 10:30pm finish. We start this lovely cold but sunny Saturday shift for the LBD team approaching the last of first fixing on our Bearsden rewire. With second fixing getting underway tomorrow. The team are full stream ahead this weekend due to a double rewire kicking off in Largs next week. ⚡️💪🏼

Bearsden Rewire check in.

Sometimes with Electrical contracts a large amount of work can go into things clients never really see. Here is a Rewire the LBD team are working on in Bearsden right now. Safety, longevity and future proofing are at the very top of our mindset when designing any installation. That starts at the very foundation of the installation.

Our work is a part of us and each job is an LBD stamp. Which is why LBD take the upmost pride and care in every Installtion we do. Even if it’s items the clients never see.

Such as making chases neat for the plasterer coming in after us.

Or making sure all cables and clipped and secure throughout there run. Even in locations that will never be seen.

Or re using the steel conduit in the existing lighting circuit even if it takes longer trying to run in it. To save our client on chasing and decorating repairs after we have left.

Cutting all power on day 1 and setting up temporary site supply so all tradesmen are safe.

These are just some of the examples of the extent my company will go too for our clients, even if our clients don’t know and never see. 💪🏼

Our cinema room project is a close as it could be too completion. Despite this early look. This project I think is going to turn out to be one the greatest creations I’ve ever made. With the 5k projector and 121 inche screen now on site we are just awaiting the bar installation so we can cross that final line. This is Defoe one to watch out for.
