A small extension with a big impact! 🏡✨

This project added a modest 3m² extension, but removing four walls transformed the layout—creating a spacious, open-plan kitchen and dining area.

A social hub for cooking, catching up and spending time together. Perfect for family living. 🙌

Starting soon! We’re looking forward to adding a third storey to this home with a loft conversion, a new dormer and internal alterations.

It’s a clever use of space by Coogan Architects, and we can’t wait to bring the plans to life. Keep your eyes peeled for project updates! 🏡

Wait until you see what this very modest 3m² extension does to the inside of this property!

Thanks to a very clever design by Coogan Architects , this small addition will make a huge difference to how the family uses the space.

The extension forms part of a much larger transformation, including:

🔨 A complete loft conversion
🏠 Two new dormers
🛠️ An upgrade to the existing dormer
🧱 Several internal walls removed
🏡 A complete new roof

Once opened up, the ground floor will become a spacious social hub designed for modern family living.

Proof that an extension doesn’t need to be enormous to completely transform a home.

Precision builds, personal touch.

NC Roofing Services getting our next project prepared and ready for the next stage. 👌

A full re-roof has now been added to the original works due to the condition of the existing Rosemary tiles and felt.

The existing roof is being stripped and re-felted with a new breathable membrane, ready for:

🏠 2 new dormer structures
🪟 2 large Velux windows
🔨 Overhaul of the existing dormer covering
🏡 A modest rear extension designed by Coogan Architects

The extension may be modest in size, but together with the loft and structural alterations work it will make a huge impact on how this young family lives in and enjoys their home.

Another great transformation taking shape for .
