Maplewood Construction Ltd – Renovation Progress

Maplewood Construction Ltd are currently carrying out a full interior renovation, transforming the space from its original structure into a fully insulated, boarded, and professionally finished room.

The work includes strengthening and preparing the floor, installing insulation, laying protective membrane, fitting plasterboard, forming ceiling details, and preparing electrical points ready for the next stage of the project. Every stage has been carefully planned to improve warmth, structure, and overall finish.

From the exposed floor joists and wall framing through to the insulated walls, ceiling boarding, and clean plasterboard installation, this project shows the full process behind a high-quality renovation. The space is now taking shape and moving closer to a clean, modern, finished interior.

Another bespoke installation completed by Maplewood Construction Ltd 👌

This project transformed an unused under-stair area into a sleek feature media wall, designed to maximise both space and style. We installed high-quality wood-effect panelling throughout, creating a warm, modern finish that ties in perfectly with the herringbone flooring.

The focal point is a recessed TV space, neatly built into the wall for a clean, flush look, with a custom-built display shelf above — ideal for décor or ambient lighting.

Every detail was carefully measured and fitted to work with the angle of the staircase, delivering a sharp, tailored finish that makes full use of what would otherwise be wasted space.

At Maplewood Construction Ltd, we specialise in bespoke joinery and media walls, turning awkward spaces into standout features.
