Proud to have completed the second phase of works at Royal Troon Golf Club as main contractor, delivering modern new facilities for the club's greenkeeping team.

This complex refurbishment has created a more functional and contemporary working environment, providing the additional space needed to support the team that maintains one of the world's most renowned golf courses.

A great example of collaborative working from everyone involved to successfully deliver another high-quality project.

We’re delighted to announce that Fleming has been shortlisted for the Early Learning & Childcare Award for our work on St Paul’s Early Years Centre, East Calder.

Delivered in partnership with West Lothian Council, this £5.2 million project has transformed St Paul’s RC Primary School with a purpose-built 64-place nursery, expanded learning facilities and enhanced external spaces, creating a modern environment that will support children, staff and the wider community for years to come.

Working within a live school environment required careful planning, collaboration and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety while minimising disruption to day-to-day learning.

Being recognised for a project that will make such a lasting impact on early years education is something we're incredibly proud of. Congratulations to everyone involved in bringing this fantastic project to life, and best of luck to all the finalists.

Progress continues at our Baltic Street Adventure Playground project in Dalmarnock, where Fleming is proud to be delivering this new community hub as the main contractor on behalf of Clyde Gateway and Baltic Street Adventure Playground.

With the ground-bearing slab and substructure now complete, we're looking forward to seeing the timber kit and roof trusses take shape over the coming weeks.

Once complete, the new facility will provide a modern kitchen and food hub, flexible community space, additional welfare facilities, and dedicated workspace for the BSAP team - creating a valuable resource that will support the local community for years to come.

A fantastic project to be involved in, helping to deliver spaces that make a lasting difference.

Throwback Project - Cardross Crescent Care Home

Looking back at the successful delivery of Cardross Crescent Care Home, a purpose-built residential children’s home in Greenock designed to provide a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for young people.

One of the most rewarding aspects of this project was seeing how the young people were involved in shaping their home, contributing to the interior decoration and helping create a welcoming environment that reflected their needs and personalities.

Projects like Cardross Crescent Care Home demonstrate the lasting impact that thoughtfully designed and constructed spaces can have on the communities they serve.

We're delighted to share that St Sophia's Primary School has been shortlisted in two categories at the Learning Places Scotland Awards 2026:

🏆 Refurbishment of the Year
🏆 Sustainability Project of the Year

This recognition is a fantastic achievement for everyone involved in delivering this landmark project for East Ayrshire Council.

Fleming delivered the transformational refurbishment of St Sophia's Primary School in Galston, which made history as the UK's first educational facility to achieve EnerPHit certification.

The project sets a new benchmark for deep energy retrofit in the education sector, demonstrating how existing school buildings can be successfully transformed to deliver exceptional energy performance, improved indoor air quality, and enhanced learning environments for pupils and staff.

This recognition reflects the collaboration, technical expertise and commitment of everyone involved in delivering a truly pioneering project.
