🏠New Roof Completed in Killearn
Another full roofing project completed, this time in Killearn, giving this property a complete transformation and a fresh, modern finish.
For this job, we stripped the existing roof and installed new BE concrete interlocking roof tiles, providing a durable, weather-resistant finish that’s built to handle the Scottish weather for years to come.
We also renewed all the soffits, fascias and guttering, choosing an anthracite finish to match the property’s windows. It’s a small detail that makes a huge difference, tying the roofline and exterior of the house together perfectly.
As part of the roofing works, one of the existing chimneys was carefully removed to below roof level, allowing the new roof covering to continue seamlessly over the area.
The remaining chimney was retained and finished with new Code 5 leadwork, ensuring a strong, watertight junction between the chimney and the new roof.
