It was great to visit our clients to see our finished extension and refurb of this grade C listed townhouse, in the heart of historic St Andrews.

The extension blends into its stone setting, while combining large sliding doors to connect the house out to the garden, and 2 rooflights provide lots of natural light from above.

It’s made a huge difference to the flow of the space, and upgraded the house for modern living.

Some finished photographs of a two storey extension of ours in Newton Mearns.

We added 2 new bedrooms with en-suites on the upper level, and altered the ground floor to create a big open plan kitchen, dining and living space, along with a new utility room.

Lots of glazing to give great connections and views out to the garden and flood the space with lots of natural light.

Great to see our extension in Jordanhill, Glasgow making good progress on site.

The extension adds a downstairs shower room, additional bedroom /study and laundry, along with a big open plan modern kitchen & dining space. The snug is also being opened up to the front living room to get great connections and views through the house.

It was a pleasure to visit this extension we designed for a client in Jordanhill, Glasgow which was completed last year. A bright, light filled space with great connections to the garden, and ideal for hosting social gatherings with friends.

Great to see our completed new build house design in the Angus sunshine.

The compact plan and simple design offered good value to the client and the sharp cladding looks great against the old stone walls.

Great to see our recently completed extension in Jordanhill in the sunshine last week. The garden levels posed a challenge, but a series of terraced areas create different zones and break down the visual impact of the retaining walls. Lots of glazing and rooflights to flood the interior with natural light.

At our recently completed full townhouse refurb in St Andrews for Andrean Links, the Garden Suite features a mezzanine level and benefits from direct access to a garden courtyard. Carved out of 2 small, dark rooms with low ceilings, we created the void to make the space much more open, light and inviting.
