Starting from February 2022 the new law in Scotland will require all homes /owned or rented) to have interlinked Smoke and Heat alarms installed. Where there is a carbon-fuelled appliance (such as boilers, fires and heaters) or a flue, then a Carbon Monoxide alarm is also required. 📖 ✍️
