✅ You’ll be involved in carrying out reactive maintenance, repairs and refurbishment works across our clients’ properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.
The ideal candidates will:
🔹 Have previous experience in reactive maintenance, preferably within social housing or property maintenance.
🔹 Be skilled and experienced in their respective trade, with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
🔹 Be highly motivated, reliable and able to work independently.
🔹 Have excellent communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach when working in occupied properties.
🔹 Be organised, proactive and able to manage their daily workload efficiently.
🔹 Be team players with a positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues.
🔹 Hold a full UK driving licence.
