I’ve seen some dodgy velux installations in my time but this is up there with the most interesting. Everything had been sealed together, broken tiles, bitumen it all down, the lot. Enough was enough so they got rid of it, well I did. Couldn’t even get the glass out of the window so had to man handle the thing down the ladders.

Been doing a few of these soil pipes lately. Unfortunately people don’t cut the membrane sufficiently tight to the pipe and any ingress of water under the tiles finds its way onto the bathroom ceiling. In this case the tin flashing had been installed incorrectly and was directing water into right hand side of the roof which had in turn caused the old membrane to rot. Not bad for fourty odd years though I guess. Sorted the mess out and away we go.👍

2 pot chimney stack dropped below roof level and removed my myself. . No more leaky chimney at last 💪. Customer rang on two days ago, scaffolding went up yesterday and dropped the stack today. How is that for service 🫶

Hi guys, please be patient with us. We are currently overwhelmed with work and with changing weather ect we will always try and fit you in if things change and the opportunity arises but with never working to a fixed rotor due these happenings sometimes we just can't fit everybody in at once.
