Back up to Beckenham to finish off the next section of second fixing on this ground floor renovation. Nice finish with the golden accessories and plenty of LED lighting in this one. Turning into a nice space for the family.

A domestic job for us today in Lenham, Maidstone.

Our Client wanted more down lights through the existing part of the property to match up to the new kitchen extension at the rear.

We were unable to gain-access from above so the only option was to cut a few holes in the ceiling to repair with easy fill at a later date. Lucky for us a plaster is coming in to complete another room to save us the work👍🏻

We have an early morning lift supply going in at Andrea restaurant, Adams Court in the city of London.

We have an ongoing programme of works at this site. They are changing over their lifts for the next 12 -18 months. This is Lift number 2 down of 11 on this site.

Mennekes 3PN&E Lockable Switch Socket Outlet.

D-Line Clip with the Low smoke SWA. Works a treat. Fire rated and a fast system to install.

Prysmian LSZH XLPE Armoured 6mm 5 core. Always the best cable to work with.

Test equipment- Trusty, reliable Megger MFT1721.
Had a few testers of the years. Can’t go wrong with these 👍🏻

This supply was a short run. So we did a little preparation prior to shutting down and locking off before works. This was to limit the time the lift was out of an action for the staff.
Keeping them happy is important. You get the little perks of nice coffee👌

We’re be back soon 🫡

Another install on the lifts coming up 🚠🛗

6mm 5 core armoured run vertically in the shaft from the top of the lift chamber to Level 1.

This will be used as a fire man’s lift so a changeover switch will need to be in place with a back up source of supply from a generator. This will automatically switch between the two if the mains supply de-energises at any point.

The first of Eight lifts within this Plaza that will be replaced over the coming year in central London.

Installation of two EV Zappi 7kw chargers for a regular client of ours Bells Glass.

We have done a fair bit of work for the company over the recent years. Weather it be a small call out or a new piece of machinery install. We are always on hand and there when needed.

With this recent install of the EV chargers having to run the cable high level, it’s just much easier getting in the right access equipment to complete the tasks. Especially with all that glass around!!

We sourced the scissor lift by our friends at the PG Group. PG Powered access.

Nice find on a EICR. Luckily we got to this one before it became a bigger issue!! 🔥
Incorrectly fitted, not seated on the buzz bar correctly. This caused the arching and heat build up on the bottom of the rcbo. Ultimately causing the rcbo to go faulty.
Glad we found this one ✌️

Another lift install in Watford.
This one was a tight squeeze with the car and the socket. Only a 160mm gap.
We got it sorted though on a quick turnaround for the client.
The lift up and running the same day. All ready for the rip out and new install.
