On our recent install at St Mary’s Island. The Client was worried of the external look of the pipework and equipment.
We reassured them with photos of previous works. They were surprised how well they blended into the surroundings.

As you can see we do our best hide what we can. And what we can’t, we blend in to the surroundings as best as we can. If that’s removing existing guttering running the trunking behind.

Colour matching gutters is an important part of the install. It really helps blends into the background after a short period of time if the works are done neatly and correctly 👌

Most importantly, they won’t be needing a rushed install for the summer when that heat hits!! There be nice a cool ❄️

A necessary tool that you can’t be without. The best in the business. The fieldpiece VP87 vacuum pump. The speed it pulls a deep vacuum to reduce the time on the job👌 Top notch.

Vacuum pumping, it necessary to pull a vacuum on an AC system before letting the gas go?……Yes, pulling a vacuum is critical. It removes moisture and non-condensable gases from the refrigerant lines, preventing performance issues like poor cooling or high compressor pressure. Skipping this step can damage your AC system and reduce its lifespan!!

Medway Climate Control recently installed Panasonic 7.1kw TZ unit.

Customer decided for the floor mount on the external condenser. Standard rubber feet.

The internal unit was installed on an internal wall so an Aspen Silent Mini Lime pump was fitted to the condensate pipework for the moisture from the a/c unit to flow to the drain.

Now the customer has the instant additional heat ⛄️♨️required for these colder months but the flexibility to cool the lounge when the summer comes back round 🥵❄️

Out with the old. In with the new. 5 years warranty with it.
This Panasonic 3.5kw air conditioning unit installed will give that additional source of heat for the winter which is required for sure at the moment with these freezing temperatures ⛄️🌨️. But with that summer time heat ☀️the room can be cooled to a comfortable level for staff and patients.

A 6 monthly Filter service on a Mitsubishi cassette install we did last summer.

At the time. The client decided to take out a 5 year service plan which we offer with all our installs, which then activated a 5 year warranty. With the first year included in the install costs.
It’s peace of mind for any customer to know that the unit will work in all conditions when its required to do so. Especially now that the primary source of heating is the AC unit within this office area. So not only are they keeping fresh and cool in the summer, they are keeping warm and toasty in the winter too.

We have gone back in the past year to install multiple units for the company.
Always nice to think you must be doing something right 😉

♨️❄️ Panasonic 3.5kw split unit installed at R-Drive. Eurolink Business Park, Sittingbourne.

Client required additional heat in the main reception area. The panel heaters weren’t giving enough heat to the room space.
Not only now are they having enough heat in these colder months, the summer they can now stay cool too. Win win.
