Project Spotlight | B&I London

It’s another bobby-dazzler, and this time, for one of our longest-standing clients 🤩

Having occupied their City of London building for several years, they embarked on a full spatial reconfiguration to meet the demands of an ever-evolving workplace.

Our talented team supported the project through RIBA stages 2 to 6, consulting and developing the early-stage designs for the lower ground floor restaurant, coffee shop, kitchen & dishwash. Swiftly followed by producing fully coordinated, construction-ready designs.

And, in collaboration with the main contractor, we then delivered the full catering fit-out package, including bespoke counters and kitchen fabrication, alongside the supply and installation of all catering & cooking equipment.

This latest project is another fantastic addition to our portfolio, further cementing our reputation for delivering world-class B&I catering environments.

Design Team Meeting | Hill Cross Furniture

Last week our lovely friends at hosted the design team at their Northallerton factory.

Our team were treated to an informative tour of the vast factory, learning all about the production process, upholstery and fabrics, powder-coating, wood staining and much much more. This was followed by a (delicious) lunch and the opportunity for us to delve a bit deeper into the huge Hill Cross range of products and ask them lots of questions.

Continued exploration of new products, ways of thinking and seeking out design inspiration are at the heart of what our team do. And days like this ensure we are always bringing the best of the things we find to you, our clients!

We are delighted to announce that almost half the products specified on a recent B&I project now carry a calculated Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) 💚

Reaching 45% coverage in one of the toughest categories doesn't happen by chance, so huge credit to some of our most trusted supply chain partners for providing their PCF data! 🙌

And thanks to our supporting experts Niscai, who help us turn manufacturer data into confidence-rated PCFs, without slow, manual TM65 chasing! What a result!
