Design Team Meeting | Hill Cross Furniture

Last week our lovely friends at hosted the design team at their Northallerton factory.

Our team were treated to an informative tour of the vast factory, learning all about the production process, upholstery and fabrics, powder-coating, wood staining and much much more. This was followed by a (delicious) lunch and the opportunity for us to delve a bit deeper into the huge Hill Cross range of products and ask them lots of questions.

Continued exploration of new products, ways of thinking and seeking out design inspiration are at the heart of what our team do. And days like this ensure we are always bringing the best of the things we find to you, our clients!

We are delighted to announce that almost half the products specified on a recent B&I project now carry a calculated Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) 💚

Reaching 45% coverage in one of the toughest categories doesn't happen by chance, so huge credit to some of our most trusted supply chain partners for providing their PCF data! 🙌

And thanks to our supporting experts Niscai, who help us turn manufacturer data into confidence-rated PCFs, without slow, manual TM65 chasing! What a result!

Yesterday, the team got together for our biannual company conference at in Sunderland.

WHAT A TEAM 💪

They ran, they jumped, they hauled themselves up and over walls, through dark tunnels, got soaking wet, covered in mud and made it across the finish line! All in the blazing heat to boot 🥵
