Another system conversion completed last week in st Neots 😎.

This lovely couple moved into their new place and wanted to upgrade to a combi, so that’s exactly what we done.

We’ve created a lot of space for them as well as giving them hot water on demand, we have installed Hive smart controls so they can have complete control with their heating via their phones. 📞 .

System fully chemically flushed giving this couple 10 years warranty (parts and labour) with ideal, now that’s peace of mind 👌.

In goes another Vogue 😎.

We completed this system upgrade in Gamlingay this past week.

We removed the old boiler, cylinder and tanks and installed a new Ideal Vogue combi boiler.

Pressurising all hot and cold outlets instead of being pumped.

Vertical flue, condense pump and wireless smart controls.

12 years manufactures warranty too 😍.

Another job completed which we’re proud of.

Apologies about the lack of socials….
But we’re back with a bang 💥.

This one was a beauty…

We removed the old boiler, installing the new one further into the garage to accommodate a garage knock through and installed a new Megaflo pressurised cylinder, along with all new designer radiators downstairs with pipework chased in the walls which all controlled by a separate zone.

Both upstairs heating, downstairs heating and hot water now controlled by Hive smart controls.

Big thanks to Stable Cables Electrical for getting all controls and wiring sorted 👏🏻

A full week here, with a lot of work gone into to this, but me and the customer are proper chuffed.
The pressure they now have is absolutely unreal 🚿

Back to back to back boilers this week…. Safe to say it’s been a busy one… 🥵

External oil boiler gone in for stage 1 of a house renovation in caldecote, removing the internal boiler where the new kitchen and extension is going in

Combi swap in Potton, this boiler had a leaking Main heat exchanger, so was beyond economical repair, we fitted a new Ideal Logic max c30 in its place.

Third install was a system upgrade, converting from a boiler and cylinder, to a combi.

Some extremely late nights this week, getting these all completed along with our breakdowns and repairs.

We go again next week 😎✅

✅ Another install recently completed for a fantastic family over in Bedford.

This one was a lot of work, but thoroughly enjoyable.

The customer decided to self build their own home and we installed the plumbing and heating in the whole house.

We installed a new Grant vortex system boiler (Oil), unvented cylinder, underfloor heating, radiators upstairs and down, along with first fixing all three bathrooms and also installing a hydrogen mains filtration system.

We allowed for complete control over the downstairs heating, upstairs heating, towel radiators coming on independently, along with underfloor heating and hot water, everything controlled via Smart Controls via their phone.

They are now moved in and enjoying their new home 🏡❤️

❌ Cancelled Appointments ❌

Hi all,

I seem to have an influx of people cancelling their appointments on the day of the appointment, with next to no notice.

This has a massive effect on the running of the business, diary planning, availability and the cost to me.

Im an approachable and understanding guy, so all I ask for is at least some notice if you need to rearrange your appointment, I do ask for at least 24 hours notice which isn’t unfair.

(Circumstances can chang etc and I understand that) but “I forgot you were coming” isn’t acceptable!

Please find below our new cancellation policy.

To allow us to manage our schedule efficiently and continue providing a reliable service, we operate the following cancellation policy:

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation charge.

• Missed appointments (no access / no attendance) will be charged in full.

• Cancellation charges may cover lost time, travel, and reserved appointment slots.

• Charges apply to servicing, breakdowns, installations, and general plumbing & heating work.

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible and we will always aim to be fair and reasonable.
