AB21 Joinery & Building Ltd are looking to expand our team, due to increasing workload.

We are looking for
- 1 working joinery foreman
- 2 joiners

If you are looking for a fresh start, working on various types of domestic & commercial projects from new builds & extensions, to kitchens, then this may be the job for you.

We offer

- 39 hours a week guaranteed

What we are looking for

- ability to carry out a full range of joinery work to a high standard.
- good knowledge of all areas of domestic joinery works, extensions & conversions etc.
- ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.
- polite, friendly and respectful towards our clients and colleagues.
- punctual, turn up on time and work a full day.
- willing to chip in with other tasks outwith joinery.
- good house keeping
- ability to coordinate and supervise projects, liaising with clients and other trades onsite. (JOINERY FOREMAN)

Both self employed and books in are opptional.
We are aiming for a start date of June 1st 2026 or sooner.

You almost wouldn't know there was an existing garage here.

Big is beautiful.

A couple of days hard graft saw the joists completed and the timber frame erected on this project.

Next stage will be the 3 different roof types to be framed out. It's amazing how much variety of work you can carry out on one project.

How fresh does this kitchen look!?!?!

A kitchen that we finished up for our clients just in time for Christmas. Another great effort from our team of trades.

On this occasion we carried out all works and had our good friends from Pro Tile & Epoxy Resin Flooring in to tile the herringbone splashback. WrightWay Plastering for skimming as well as the usual faces.

Thank you to Ayrshire recoverys for getting the van up the road this evening. 15 minutes from calling to them getting in the road to recovery.

🚐 Ford Transit van broke down just before Abington Services on the way back up the M74. Picked up and dropped off to Newmilns Motors for repairs. 😎
