💍✨ A Very Special Congratulations to Jacob & Laura ✨💍

Last week, family, friends and loved ones gathered in the beautiful sunshine of Cyprus to witness something truly special as Jacob Dawes, our Contracts Manager and son of Lytec Directors Tony and Karen Dawes, married his childhood sweetheart.

Jacob and Laura have been together since their school days, growing up side by side and building a relationship that has stood the test of time. Anyone who knows them knows they are simply made for each other. Their love, loyalty and commitment to one another has always been something special to see.

The wedding day itself was nothing short of epic. Filled with laughter, unforgettable memories and plenty of emotion, it was a celebration that perfectly reflected the incredible journey they have shared together. There wasn't a dry eye in sight as they finally said "I do" and began the next chapter of their lives as husband and wife.

From everyone at Lytec, we would like to congratulate Jacob and Laura on their marriage and wish them a lifetime of happiness, love, adventure and success together.

A huge congratulations to Finlay Dawes on successfully completing his electrical apprenticeship and officially becoming a fully qualified electrician!

This is a massive achievement and one that certainly hasn’t come easy. Completing an electrical apprenticeship takes years of hard work, dedication, learning and determination, so Finlay should be incredibly proud of himself. We definitely are!

Not only has he worked hard to get where he is today, but he also brings plenty of laughs along the way. His funny sense of humour and silly ways never fail to brighten the day on site and in the office, keeping everyone smiling no matter how busy things get.

Well done Fin, a fantastic achievement and very well deserved. The future is bright!

A great milestone reached this week on one of our Lytec Developments projects with the raft foundation concrete pour now complete 👏

This is actually the first time we’ve undertaken this type of foundation, so it’s been brilliant to see the whole process in action from start to finish. From drainage and backfilling through to shuttering, steel reinforcement and finally the concrete pour, a huge amount of planning and teamwork has gone into this stage of the build.

It’s been great watching everything come together on site and seeing the progress unfold step by step.

Big thank you to everyone involved for all the hard work throughout this phase.
