Out with the old in with the new ✨

Over the past couple of weeks, we’ve been busy transforming this space. We started by removing the existing shell and rebuilding a brand-new timber-frame extension, giving the area a much stronger and cleaner structure to work from. To improve practicality, we also installed a new external door at the back of the garage, allowing for much easier access. Once the main construction was complete, we timber-clad both buildings, creating a seamless finish that ties the entire space together beautifully.

A quick update on what we’ve been up to over the past couple of weeks!

We recently completed a roof project where we stripped the existing coverings, removed the chimney, then re-felted and battened before reinstating the structure. The job was finished off with fresh muck work and brand-new fascias, soffits, and guttering for a clean, lasting finish.

Next, we moved on to some interior work — installing built-in wardrobes, handrails, and skirting — and wrapped up with a full set of beautiful oak doors fitted throughout the property.

Loving the first fix on this build! Cut roof with two huge dormers 6 velux windows, and numerous stud partitions. Now ready for insulation. Watch this space!
