Another Armourplan single ply rubber roof

Replaced the old pan tiles with clay double Roman tiles, they’re better at keeping the water out. New lead flashings and rebedded the coping stones.

New Redland Renown tiles roof and mansard, dry ridge and hips.

New Spanish slates, new code 7 lead box gutters and code 5 lead hips and ridge. Had to fit new timber fascia’s and reconfigure the outlets on the box gutters. Also fitted Hi cap deep flow gutters.

Armourplan single ply. Took the rubber up over the parapet walls and capped the off with trims. Nicer finish than coping stones and no chance of leaks…

Allways slow this time of year, so we are measuring up and pricing a lot and squeezing in a few repairs here and there😁
Like this.. started off as just a leak, turned into box gutter rebuild, sort out very poorly fitted velux windows. And re-do lead flashings…
