Pilewort or Lesser celandine is a small, low-growing perennial herb in the buttercup family and is taking over my garden after a bit of research I found out in could eat it!Name derived from a old Greek word for swallow as they flower on the return of the bird. Leaves edible before flowering and should be cooked like spinach. Edible tubers wait until may after flowering so they are bigger, cook like mini potatoes fried in butter
