The role will include:

• Managing and booking the installation & survey diary
• Answering incoming phone calls and customer enquiries
• Speaking with customers and arranging appointments
• Payroll and general finance administration
• Preparing and managing paperwork
• Supporting our engineers and management team
• Keeping customer records and jobs organised
• General day-to-day office administration
