Kingsley Garden Club Plant Sale - continues on Monday and Tuesday

Thank you to those of you who have participated in the Plant Sale over the weekend - we really appreciate it..

We still have some choice plants left so we will leave the sales table in place on Monday and Tuesday - don't miss out! The plant sale is on the grassy area outside Val's house, Bank House, Well Lane, Kingsley, WA6 8AW. Cash only.

Please come along and treat yourself to some delightful plants - they're looking for a good home!

The plant sale provides and important boost to garden club funds. With the ever increasing cost of speaker and their travel, every thing helps!

Kingsley Garden Club Plant Sale - 16th & 17th May

We are holding a plant sale on 16th & 17th May. The plant sale will start about 9:30-ish and will be held on the grassy area outside Val's house, Bank House, Well Lane, Kingsley, WA6 8AW. Cash only, by the way!

Please come along and treat yourself to some delightful plants.

If you have any contributions for us to sell, please bring them along either before the plant sale (leave at the side of Val's house) or on the day. We'd really appreciate it.

KINGSLEY GARDEN CLUB

A reminder about our next Kingsley Garden Club meeting on Monday, 11th May at Kingsley Community Centre. The subject will be "Shady Characters & Sunshine Suzies" and our speaker Jacky Iddon of Jacqueline Iddon Hardy Plants.

This month is also our AGM so we will hold the AGM part of the meeting from 7pm, so it would be appreciated if members could be there early to participate. The AGM is usually quite brief and we hope to be completed by 7:30pm-ish.

The talk starts at 8pm with tea and biscuits at the end. So come and join us to hear this interesting talk. Members are free and guests are always welcome at £5.00

KINGSLEY GARDEN CLUB

A quick reminder about our next Kingsley Garden Club meeting, on Monday, 13th April at Kingsley Community Centre.

The subject will be "Identifying Trees" and our speaker is Andy Lambie of Estuary Botanics. He will bring lots of samples and tell us what to look out for - I'm sure we'll learn a lot.

The doors at the Community Centre are open from 7.30pm and the talk starts at 8pm with tea and biscuits at the end. So come and join us to hear this interesting talk. Members are free and guests are always welcome at £5.00

KINGSLEY GARDEN CLUB

A quick reminder about our next Kingsley Garden Club meeting, on Monday, 9th March at Kingsley Community Centre.

The subject will be "A Year on the Allotment" and our speaker is John Bebbington who is, without doubt, one of the foremost experts in vegetable growing in Cheshire and we are lucky to have secured his time.

John will explain how he manages his allotment month by month and it will be a great opportunity to listen and learn and ask as many questions as you wish.

The doors at the Community Centre are open from 7.30 and the talk starts at 8pm with tea and biscuits at the end. So come and join us to hear this fascinating talk. Members are free and guests are always welcome at £5.00
