Full Rewire in Progress – Lytham ⚡️🏡

We're currently carrying out a full rewire at a property in Lytham, replacing the existing electrical installation and bringing the property up to modern standards.

This project came in as a last-minute enquiry, and with a strict deadline to meet, we were able to fit the customer into our schedule and get works underway immediately.

The owner is due to return home from Portugal shortly and needs the property ready to move back into, so we're working hard to keep the project on track and completed in time.

We'll be installing new wiring, lighting, power circuits, and safety systems throughout the property, ensuring everything is fully tested and ready for handover.

Another Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) completed, carrying out a full inspection and test of the electrical installation.

For landlords, EICRs are a legal requirement every 5 years, and many of the original certificates issued when the regulations first became mandatory are now reaching their expiry date.
