🚨 A Bad Roof Leak Today! 🚨

Just been out to look at a really bad leak and unfortunately, after having a proper inspection, there are a few problems with this one. 😬🏠

Sadly, it’s not going to be a quick fix. There are multiple areas that need attention to make sure the problem is put right properly and doesn’t keep coming back.

⚠️ If you have a leak, don’t wait until the following winter to get it sorted.

A small leak left over time can cause a lot more damage than you might realise — not only to the roof itself, but also to timbers, insulation, ceilings and everything underneath.

Sometimes repairs are also weather dependent, especially when sections of the roof need to come off to get to the real problem. Leaving it until the middle of winter can make the job much more difficult.

🏠 Your roof is one of the most important parts of your home — it protects everything underneath it.

If you spot a leak, damp patch, slipped tile or anything that doesn’t look right, get it checked sooner rather than later. Catching problems early can save a much bigger repair further down the line. 🔨👍

Just finished my crumble when the first potential leak came in. Straight into the van and off to get this customer’s roof sorted before the weather does any more damage. 🏠🔨
