You got a screw loose mate!!

A Customer calls us up at GPS towers, hello young man, our immersion heater has stopped working on Economy Seven, we only had a new element installed last October!!
No problem, I'll be there tomorrow late morning, lovely jubbly!
I rock up, hoping it's not going to be a replacement of the whole element, I remove my boots and head upstairs, take the cap off the immersion heater to be met by the sight of the wires all melted together. The negative terminal hadn't been done up tight, the wire had vibrated, got extremely hot and fused together with the other wires.
Connected the element to an extension lead to make sure it worked and then rewired it correctly.
We soon sorted it all out, that's another happy customer.

Visited a new customer and their lovely garden today, thanks to a recommendation by another customer. We repaired some leaks from mdpe pipe fittings around the grounds and replaced some old taps with some lever style ones for ease of use.

Hi Mr Plumber, our urinals seem to be blocked in the Gents toilets, can you take a look?

Automatic flush hasn't worked for ages, so no water just p*e!! Nice! They need a Dudley kinetic flush, I fit loads of those.

At least the visiting ladies bowls team lost their match due to the smell, when I opened the toilet window, every cloud etc
