A huge transformation on this utility room for some fantastic clients.

- Boiler removed and new external boiler installed ✅

- Sink removed and relocated on opposite side of room ✅

- Pipework and electrics adapted to suit new washing machine position and Freezer ✅

- Boxing built to hide pipework. Cupboard made with easily removable door to access stop c**k and isolation valves for the room and outside tap ✅

-Furniture from Jones & Co installed ✅

- New Stub stack installed ✅

- New LVT Flooring ✅

-Brickwork toothed out and hole made good where old boiler flu came through wall ✅

This elderly client was struggling to get in and out of the bath with ease. We removed the bath and installed a walk in shower instead. Walls were reinforced to support the grab rail and wall hung seat.

They didn’t want to remove the toilet and basin so we removed the carpet and cut LVT Flooring around them.

We changed this wet room into a shower room. Although a wet room is often the best option with rooms of this size, the client hated water splashing everywhere and wanted a shower cubicle instead. They also asked us to relocate the toilet so it wasn’t the first thing you saw when you walked in!

We chased pipework and cables into walls and adapted pipework under the floor to get rid of the clunky trunking.

This is our latest bathroom renovation!

New Stud Wall ✅
Ceiling joists adapted and loft hatch moved ✅
Herringbone Flooring ✅
New bathroom installed ✅
New Electrics and Plumbing ✅
Re plastered ready for painting ✅

The existing shower was leaking badly,so much so that the timber wall had completely rotten out.

We started by removing the existing bathroom furniture, tiles and stud wall.

We then renewed all electrics and plumbing and chased all pipework and cables into the walls-the customer was over the moon to get rid of the long silver flexible tap connectors.

We rebuilt the stud wall further into the hallway to give more space in the bathroom and allow for a larger shower tray.

We adapted ceiling joists to move the loft hatch to accommodate for the new wall.

Broke up the tiled floor to find more tiles underneath! We self levelled the floor and laid herringbone flooring throughout.

One of Our Biggest Transformations yet! 🛁 🚿

The client had a serious leak in their bathroom and shower room, resulting in the floor delaminating and lifting. This, along with some “interesting” pipework lead us to ripping out both rooms, removing the dividing wall and making one big bathroom.

We relocated furniture, adapted the electrics so the lights can be turned on at either door, and reboarded and plastered the whole room. A new solid, moisture resistant floor was installed and LVT installed over the top.

We are really happy with the transformation and end result of this bathroom and can’t wait to see it after it has been decorated by a third party.
