This engineers shower room had fallen into disrepair - it had been turned into a store room which led to a lack of facilities for our client.

Complete strip out, full-height wall cladding, suspended ceiling with LED lighting. A larger slimline shower tray and 8.5kW shower installed along with a powerful extractor unit. New safety flooring and anthracite woodwork gives this room a fresh modern feel 👌🏼

A couple of recent fire door replacements to comply with regulations. Old, rotten fire doors replaced with steel doors that will not shrink or swell - complete with both internal push bar and external keypad and key entry systems.

📍 Hastings

This former pub has been rented by our client as a rest room for drivers - but there has been multiple complaints about the facilities on site.

Complete rip out, ensuring all electrics and plumbing were replaced to ensure safety and no problems going forwards.

New safety flooring, suspended ceilings with LED lighting, wall cladding and all toilets, urinals and vanity units replaced, including a fully compliant DOC-M disabled toilet.

📍 Cambridge

Replacement of 96 broken drainage kerb stones within a bus wash.

This was a challenge for the team as the bus wash had to be kept operational 24/7 throughout the duration of the project so we had to liaise closely with the client every day.

48m of concrete cutting with a floor saw, 15 tons of lifting by hand - and the addition of an expansion joint will help to prevent these kerbs from cracking in the future.

The team have been busy with wall and steel removals down in Worthing, before undertaking major enabling works in Eastbourne and the creation of an office in Canterbury.

All projects continue as we head into another busy week.
