Another quality installation completed today in Thundersley ✅

We supplied and installed a Daikin Perfera FTXM 2.5 kW air-conditioning system to a bedroom, providing efficient cooling during the summer and heating throughout the colder months.

The installation included neat black external trunking to complement the property, a wall-mounted condenser and a local rotary isolator. The system was fully pressure-tested, commissioned and left operating perfectly.

As a Daikin D1+ approved installer, Eatonair can provide a 7-year manufacturer’s parts warranty, subject to regular servicing.

**Valetta Grove – Plaistow Library | Project Nearing Completion 🔧❄️**

We’re coming into the final couple of weeks on our Valetta Grove project, and it’s been a great project for EatonAir to be involved with from start to finish.

Our mechanical package has included:

* Swegon air handling unit installation
* Full ventilation ductwork installation
* Supply, return and extract grilles & diffusers
* Swegon VAV systems
* Daikin VRV air conditioning throughout the building
* Separate Daikin air conditioning system serving the comms room
* Refrigerant pipework and associated condensate services
* BMS controls and integration
* AHU heating coil controls and LTHW interfaces
* Fire & smoke dampers
* Fire damper control panel and associated controls
* Toilet and local extract ventilation systems
* Testing, balancing and commissioning of our mechanical systems
* Final record drawings and O&M handover documentation

The project is now moving through the final commissioning, controls and handover stages before completion.

A big thank you to everyone involved in getting the job to this stage. It’s been a great project to be part of, and we’re looking forward to seeing the finished building fully operational.

✅ Another neat install completed today in Camberley

Today we installed a Daikin FTXM wall mounted system in a bedroom, giving the customer efficient cooling for summer and heating for winter.

A key part of this install was concealing the pipework beneath the roof tiles, which allowed us to keep the external finish clean and tidy with minimal visible trunking.

The system was fully pressure tested, commissioned and left up and running ready for use.
