🏡🔨 Another Step Forward in This Property Transformation!

What a difference removing a few walls can make! 👌

As part of this ongoing renovation project, we've completely changed the original layout by knocking down existing walls to create a much more practical and spacious living area.

✅ New Office Space – We've created a separate small office, which has now been fully plastered, leaving a smooth, fresh finish ready for decorating.

✅ Larger Bathroom – By removing the old walls and reconfiguring the layout, we've also managed to create a much larger bathroom, making far better use of the available space.

It's amazing how much potential can be unlocked by changing the layout of a property! 🏠

From demolition and structural alterations to creating new rooms and getting everything plastered, it's great seeing this project come together.

Still more progress to share as we get closer to the finished result! 👀🔨

Well, what a project this one has turned out to be! 😍 And after a couple of months of hard graft, we're finally nearing completion!

There's still a few finishing touches and smaller jobs to get through, but nothing compared to the scale of work that's been carried out over the past few months! 💪

When we say we've quite literally ripped this place apart, we mean it! 😂

🔧 It's All in the Finishing Touches! 🏡👌

Another job completed, this time focusing on those all-important finishing details!

✅ Kitchen Worktops – Fresh silicone sealing around the worktops, creating a clean, tidy finish whilst helping prevent water from getting behind the units.

✅ Shower Tray – Fresh silicone sealing around the shower tray to provide a watertight seal, helping prevent leaks and water damage.

💧 Good silicone work isn't just about appearance — it's essential for protecting your kitchen and bathroom from moisture and costly damage.

🔨 No job too big or small! Sometimes it's the smaller jobs that make all the difference.

✨ Ensuite Bathroom Tiling Complete ✨

Another ensuite taking shape! 👌

This one has been fully tiled, with a built-in niche shelf added to the shower area. 🚿🔨

The customer actually requested the niche shelf at a later date after the work had already started, meaning we had to carefully cut it into the existing wall — no problem! 💪 We adapted the job and got it incorporated neatly into the finished tiling.

Plenty of preparation went into getting everything right, making sure the finish looks smart and is built to last.

Another job progressing nicely for Jay’s Property Improvements 👌
