Separate cloakroom and tiny bathroom converted into one big new bathroom 😉

Our client came up with this new layout to make the space work much better 👌
They’ve now got a separate shower and still kept a bath in the room without increasing the floor space!
Changing the door to an angled opening was the key in making this design possible and utilising the max space in this room 😊

Latest en-suite just completed 👍

We popped back to this job today to finish this one. The marble granite top and sill had a slight delay being fabricated, but it’s all in now and looks stunning 🤩

The new bathroom looks so much bigger without the old shower wall and lets so much more light in. There was loads of boxing everywhere which we got around and hid pipes in walls instead. Unfortunately it wasn’t possible to drop the shower down to a lower position.
The property is a top floor apartment and had a concrete sub base, so we had to work around this and get to a height where it would drain efficiently.

We’re very happy with how the new design works. We managed to get in some much needed storage in the unit under to worktop and also in the mirror as well 😊

We popped back to finish off this little project this week 😬

The client choose some stunning natural marble matching up nicely with the tiles 👏 looked great after we installed this 👍

The room looks complete now and our client is super happy 😃 We’re back in the summer there to renovate a second bathroom for them 😊

Come on springtime 🤞 we’re really looking forward to some warmer drier weather now 😬 it’s been a tough month and start to the year with all this crazy wet weather! It’s actually been hard to manage our time working outside to avoid getting soaked 💦

Anyway, triple job completed earlier today 😬 pics to follow after this post. All done in the same house for a really nice couple which we enjoyed working for 😬
