Perfect example of why commissioning a system properly, matters. Daikin VRV4 installed about 6 years ago has had a blocked liquid line from an over braze this whole time, even held 25 bar with an open end. This would’ve failed a test run multiple times and should’ve been spotted on day 1 of operation.

Interesting repair on a Daikin D-BACS recently after a heavy handed BMS engineer had damaged 2 of the Ethernet port contacts. Replacing the port meant a much cheaper bill than replacing the whole unit

Before and after of my 1st job being self employed over 2 years ago now. These systems were installed over 5 years ago at the time, no idea how this installation was ever accepted by the tenant.
