🏡 New project underway in Basingstoke

Today marked day one of our latest project — a new single-storey rear extension in Basingstoke.

We made a great start, with the existing conservatory completely dismantled in preparation for the new foundations.

The new extension will create a spacious family room at the rear of the property, providing a much more comfortable and practical living space and a better connection between the house and garden.

The photos show where we're starting and the plans for what we'll be creating over the coming weeks.

We're looking forward to seeing this one take shape and sharing the transformation as the build progresses.

🏡 NEW PROJECT STARTING | NEWBURY

We’re pleased to be getting underway on our latest project in Newbury.

This project will see a significant remodel of the existing ground floor, transforming the current layout to create a much more open, practical and modern kitchen, dining and living space.

The works include substantial structural alterations, with new steelwork allowing us to open up the existing rooms, alongside a comprehensive refurbishment including plumbing, electrics, underfloor heating, plastering, carpentry and the installation of the new kitchen and utility room.

We’ll be managing the project through each stage of the build and look forward to sharing the transformation as the works progress over the coming weeks.
