Another full kitchen refit we recently completed along with new flooring & skirting throughout. Plastering by Hedley Plastering Services, new floor screed by S Faulkner Building Services and full rewire by RAB Electrics.

Smooth progress on this full kitchen refit in Church Crookham over last 2 weeks. First & second fix electrics (full rewire) by R.A.B Electrics, plastering by Hedley Plastering Services and kitchen supply from Benchmarx. Worktops by Bellagio Stone going in on Friday ready for our final bits. Flooring & skirting to kitchen, diner and hall to be completed by us following new screed in dining room as soon as moisture levels allow as well as a custom made oak veneer door for the understairs cupboard.

All done, apart from some final decorating by the new owner ready for themto move in before Christmas. A lot of hidden...

All done, apart from some final decorating by the new owner ready for them
to move in before Christmas. A lot of hidden work on this one before the fit out could even begin but the end result speaks for itself especially if you scroll though to the before photos……. Short break and then on to a full kitchen refit in January……

Started the replacement of this very tired bathroom in Fleet for the new owner of the property this week so they can move in. How the bath and toilet hadn’t fallen through the floor / ceiling I don’t know……. The short video clip in the following post shows the extent of the rot from the years of leaks. There were holes in the floor the previous occupant had used cardboard toilet roll tubes to plug🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ anyway - floor joists sorted and floor replaced so now I can crack on with refit……

Another internal door full replacement job completed - 18 x 1980’s doors replaced with Howdens Holdenby Oak doors. Including 4 custom sized cupboard doors, new oak Newell caps on stairs and oak thresholds on 2 sets of double glazed doors into living room.
