Completed job here where we took out an old Gledhill electric boiler and upgraded to this Amptec electric boiler with an unvented hot water tank.

Tip for the winter... if your boiler comes up with a fault code and when you reset it makes a gurgling sound, this may be a frozen condensate pipe. This can normally be defrosted by pouring hot water over the pipe.

Another worcester combi boiler fitted today with a 10 year guarantee.
Had a lot of trouble with the old boiler so now the tenants are happy to have a working boiler at their disposal

A new Worcester combi 4000 25kw fitted today. Was a bit tricky getting in without damaging the tiles below but boiler, controls and the magnetic filter all fitted and the 10 year guarantee registered so happy landlord and happy agent.
