As we are rapidly closing in on another year, reflection is something we knowingly or unknowingly do.
This year has been a year of consolidation for Trinity, with new personnel joining, working hard with site teams to make sure they are equipped and educated to provide the quality services we do, new opportunities for business as well as strengthening our relationship with clients to make sure we provide exactly what they need.
We have set up a waste division to not only handle ours but others waste, making sure compliance coupled with a quality service are core to it's success.
We have a head of people and culture making sure policies are in place and a point of reference to help those who work for us. Also to keep checking on senior management and the working environment.
A layer of senior management has been added to help make sure the quality and expertise of Trinity Environmental runs through all we do.
Site teams have been equipped with technology to have live access to site safety files, work schedules, plans and also the ability to upload photos and notes from site to help with the efficiency of a project.
As we continue to work for new clients we have also taken on a couple of properties to run alongside the main business which help us utilise labour more efficiently, especially when things on insurance sites can change at a last minute, causing work to stop. This can happen if something like asbestos is found or actual scopes change due to site factors beyond our control.
Needless to say we have had a great year and without our keen, motivated staff, suppliers and clients we could not do what we do.
As a testament to all at Trinity Environmental we are now International Spill Accreditation Scheme accredited. Well done everyone 👏 🙏
Who would have known when Steve and James boarded this boat called Trinity Environmental 5 years ago on an adventure we would be here. We are grateful to all those who have helped this vision to become reality and we continue to have fun!
