Formed in 2006, T&D Electrical are a well-established electrical installation company based in Buckinghamshire and operating in the surrounding counties and beyond. T&D Electrical are specialist contractors and have vast experience working within many different sectors within the electrical contracting industry. With a wide range of clients and partners, we have built a tradition of working to the very highest Standards. We are Approved Contractors with the NICEIC meaning we are assessed annually for competency and fully registered to self-certify our work to your local building control body. As a company we have enjoyed steady growth and have built a large and varied client base. Most of our work is procured from repeat business and we feel that this demonstrates the company’s values and focus on customer service. Being centrally positioned between Aylesbury and Bicester, T & D Electrical are perfectly placed to work in all our surrounding areas including High Wycombe, Aylesbury, Oxford, London, Reading, Hemel Hempstead, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Hertfordshire and Berkshire.

A proud milestone for T&D as we hand over Block D at Blackbird Leys District Centre for Hill and their client, Peabody.

Block D has been a significant project for our team, and it is great to see it reach handover after a lot of hard work from everyone involved.

Our focus now turns to Block A, which has been fully designed by T&D and approved under BSR Gateway 2. It is now starting to grow from the ground up, and we are looking forward to taking it through the next stage.

We are proud to announce that T&D Electrical have secured the electrical package for the first phase of the Sawyers Close regeneration project in Windsor, working alongside Hill Group and Abri.

This is a major community focused redevelopment that will transform the existing estate into 413 high quality affordable homes, including apartments, maisonettes and family houses, creating a safer, more modern and sustainable place for local residents to live.

The project, now known as “The Granges”, is one of Abri’s largest regeneration schemes to date and will play an important role in delivering much needed affordable housing within Windsor and the wider community.

T&D Electrical are delivering the electrical installation across Blocks C and D, including apartments, houses, communal areas, EV charging infrastructure, landlord distribution, fire alarm systems, access control, CCTV, lighting, submains and life safety systems.

A big thank you to Hill Group and everyone involved in getting this over the line. We greatly value the long term partnership we have built together and appreciate the continued trust and support across our projects.

We are pleased to now be underway on site and look forward to playing our part in delivering a development that will make a genuine long term difference to the local community.

Good progress continuing across the Canalside development.
Electrical first and second fix works are advancing across multiple blocks, with core infrastructure, riser containment and distribution equipment now well established. Life safety systems, landlord supplies, access control, and secondary distribution are progressing in line with the wider programme, with ongoing coordination around mechanical services, builders’ works and access as further areas are released.
