Making a bit of a mess before we make it pretty… 👀🌳

Plenty going on with this one. Levels changed, soil shifted, trees planted, irrigation going in and a serious amount of ground prepped ready for the new lawns.

A few diggers, a lot of topsoil and a few trees later… it’s finally starting to look like a garden again 😂

Still a bit to go, but this one’s going to look mega when it’s finished.

Making light work of land drainage 💧⛓️

The chain trencher putting in the graft on this one — cutting clean, consistent trenches ready for new land drains.

Fast, tidy and a lot less mess than digging them the old-fashioned way 👌

Getting water off the land and where it’s supposed to be.

Another specialist installation completed. 🚛🔧

We were brought in to carry out the groundworks and concrete works for a new lorry brake roller tester. The project involved careful excavation, breaking out the existing slab, installing and accurately aligning the brake roller frame, reinforcing, concreting and finishing to specification.

Precision is everything on installations like these, ensuring reliable performance and long-term durability. Great to see it commissioned and ready for service.

A bit different from the usual groundworks this week.

Using a crane to install these precast concrete panels into a steel king post retaining wall, creating a clean, durable solution that will stand the test of time.

Great bit of teamwork and precision lifting to get everything in place safely and accurately.

From rough and uneven to smooth and ready for years of use.

This entrance track was regraded and dressed to restore a consistent running surface and improve runoff throughout.

The difference is in the details—proper levels, clean edges and a finish that looks as good as it performs.
