Another challenging job completed by Tomos Tree Services in Newport, Pembrokeshire.

This was a fast-growing willow that had previously been pollarded, but its size and rapid regrowth meant a different approach was needed. As the tree was located within a Conservation Area, the National Park Tree Officer was contacted before works commenced to ensure everything was carried out correctly.

🌲 A challenging job completed safely and professionally. 🌲

This windblown tree had fallen over an essential phone line, making it a job that required careful planning and precision.

Using a combination of a winch and additional rigging ropes (zoom in on the photos to spot them!), we were able to safely control the tree throughout the operation and complete the work without causing any damage to the phone line.

Every tree is different, and sometimes the safest solution isn’t the quickest one. Taking the time to rig and control the tree properly meant this tricky removal was completed safely for everyone involved.
